I'm on #5 right now. I think I'm finished after this, but I'll leave the door open. If I end up with another section, I think I will definitely be finished--don't want to go through that ever again!

Wow--don't sing much, so not sure. More likely to put a lullaby tape on instead.

What do you do for a living/what do you wish you did?

I'm a full-time mommy and I love it. Some day I hope to become at least a doula, if not a midwife

I've had an interest in all things maternity and baby since I was a little girl.

I mostly listen to Mix stations and Christian music when I have time.

What is your favorite food? (pregnant and non-pregnant)

Pregnant=different every pregnancy, but this time I'm partial to salty/sour things. So far, salad has been my favorite thing to eat night and day.

Not pregnant= Chocolate Mousse!!

I have the patience of a Saint. Not given as a gift, but learned over time.

I like to make homemade soap in my "spare" time---yeah, like that's gonna happen anytime soon.

NONE---LOL. I hate exercise. I tolerate walking though. I tolerate volleyball.

What is your ideal birth story for this baby?

Too much to say, too little space, but I really want to have a home waterbirth with no interventions and a totally gentle birth.

If you were designing your dream nursery right now, what would you do?

LOL--well, since we don't use a crib (have one, but never use it), I think it would have to be a nice sunny place to play with baby, well-stocked with beautiful cloth dipes and a nice rocking chair to nurse in.

What kinds of pets do you have?

A little eclectic, but we have 2 yellow-spotted salamanders. One is named Piggy and the other Speedy.

What is one random fact about you that no one could guess by looking at you?

What is/are your favorite movie(s)? Favorite of all times is Steel Magnolias, also love Beaches, The Joy Luck Club and a recent one that I love is Life is Beautiful. I know most of them are heart-wrenching but since I hardly cry otherwise I use movies as my outlet.

How many children do you have/do you want to have? I have 1 son and I want 3 or 4 children.

What is/are your favorite book(s) or author(s)? My favorite author is Wally Lamb. He's written 2 books that are amazing, I Know This Much Is True and She's Come Undone. I cried at the end of both of these books and I have NEVER cried reading a book before.

What are your favorite lullabies/ what will you sing to your baby? Can't say that I have a favorite. I made one up for my son and sang it to him every night as he was falling alseep. We'll see what my next child does to my creativity.

What are your favorite books for babies/children? For young children I like most books published by DK publishing. And ds loves series books so we were into the Froggy series for a while, Arthur, D.W., and now Franklin.

What do you do for a living/what do you wish you did? I stay-at-home. That's actually what I wished to do since I was 15 or so...

What kind of music do you like? I listen to Coldplay, Jack Johnson, DMB, I also like old Hip-Hop like Biggie Smalls, Snoop, Dr. Dre and I like Eminem and some heavier rock like The White Stripes, Rage and System of a Down. Clearly I'm all over the map and I hardly listen to music anymore since I don't have a 2 hour commute to work anymore

What is your favorite food? (pregnant and non-pregnant) I'll say non-pregnant it's pizza (mostly home-made) but any kind really. Pregnant it's fruit right now.

What is your favorite quote? Right now it's "Nothing in all the world is more dangerous than sincere ignorance and conscientious stupidity." by Martin Luther King, Jr.. It pretty much sums up how I feel about our current government.

What is your favorite thing about yourself? My sense of humor.

Currently I am a SAHM! YEAY. This is what I want to do now. I am also a certified teacher. I also write and hope to become published as a novelist eventually.

What do you do for a living/what do you wish you did? SAHM, was a teacher prior, but I don't miss it. I have always wanted to be a fashion designer, or work in costume design in the theater. Did some of that in college-loved it!

What kind of music do you like? various- at the moment I am a huge Over the Rhine fan, a huge Violet Burning fan and like James Blunt, David Gray, Alison Krauss, U2, fairly mellow stuff.

What do you do for a living/what do you wish you did? I'm a graduate student and work for the school as well. I was planning on going to school for midwifery before we found out we were having number two...we'll see in the future...hopefully I can work at home and take care of the kiddos while doing so!
