Anyone use a blanketless Mei Tei

I have also seen it called a strap. I can only find one way to use it. Altought it is comfy enough I would still like to have other options. Right now I am wearing it much like one would wear a podegi. I have seen pictures of it worn with the straps coming between the legs and crossing over little one's chest (for front facing) or back but I can't find any instructions on how to actually tie it. I have tried a few things but nothing seems very secure. Anyone got any links stashed away that can help.
