MEOS and what do you think of them? A friend of mine was asking and I haven't used them so don't really know. I tried to go on Diaperpin but I use a Mac computor and am having trouble with this site for some reason. Any feedback would be great, thanks.

I have 8 MEOS. They aren't super absorbant but they are alright for a daytime diaper. The part I like about them is that they really do fit both my kids. Also, they dye up nicely and that makes them a little more interesting to look at

I used them for a long time on my oldest, and for Nitara for a few weeks after she was born. Nitara has health problems and needed something with a wet barrier at the time. They took forever to break in-- like weeks-- but after that they never ever leaked. They fit my oldest until she was potty trained at age 3! Then they fit Nitara at 7.5 pounds. I resold them for about half what I paid for them, and some of those have since been resold a second time. So definately they do last and retain their value. One tip is if they start to get a little rough after they break in, use Downy Advanced. It helps a lot and doesn't affect their ability to soak up pees. I used doublers in them.

They weren't absorbent enough for my taste (I used them almost exclusively on ds1 & ds2). The only reason I used them was they were given to me for FREE, can't beat that! I had 23 diapers and 12 snap in liners. They are also REALLY wide in the crotch and bunch up pretty badly IMO. Even with the snap in liner, they still weren't as absorbent as I would have liked. I would put in a folded infant prefold for a doubler during the day, and two of them at night. I do like the bound edges, very soft on baby's skin. And they dry fast, but usually less absorbent diapers dry faster (as long as you are comparing diapers with internal soakers). I prefer CuddleBuns for a single size diaper. You can get different widths in the crotch and the different WAHMs offer different fabrics.

I do love the ME Airflow covers though, those are the only covers that we NEVER EVER have a leak with.

BTW, I'm a Mac user too .. which browser are you using? If you're on OSX, Safari is pretty good. When I was on OS9 I used Explorer and sometimes I couldn't access certain pages either. Most annoying :

for us, they are a real workhorse diaper. Not flashy, but good. They are stretchy and fit well, so I can add extra layers for nighttime without compromising the fit. They dry relatively quickly, even compared to other diapers of similar absorbancy, they are easy to use. They also fold much flatter than any diapers with gathers (all my other fitted diapers), which makes them ideal for taking in a diaper bag.

Thanks for the help ladies. LoriG I'm using Safari too but when it comes to diaperpin the home page comes up scrambled, once in a blue moon it will load ok. DH says its happened to him once on a website. When he has time he'll try to figure out what it is.

We use them for nighttime with an added SMJAE hemp doubler. For some reason, they are the only diaper he can't pee through first thing in the morning. He wakes up dry usually, and pees within the first 5 minutes. Unfortunatey if I try to get him to do that on the potty he screams because he's just waking up I guess. Anyway, for some reason my hemp diapers go straight through the diaper, cover, pajamas, and to the floor : , MEOS seem like they absorb it faster. We don't use them for daytime though because we can get a better trimmer fit with hemp diapers. And he doesn't pee as much at a time or with as much force so we're OK. But we've been using them at night since 4 months and he's now 26 months, they still fit with room to grow! HTH!

I too do not like the absorbency of them but I dyed a few up and put them on my girl in the summer for swimming and playing outdoors and they are so cute. I have 3 that I will keep just for this reason but will not be using them on a daily basis.
