I havent used either yet, but I was, in the past a diaphram user...... and rubber itches!
I am going with the diva, just because I dont want those itching issues.....but thats my only experience.
I've had both. There was another post very recently about it. The diva cup wins hands down. The keeper is much more stiff and uncomfortable IMO. I love the diva cup. I cut the stem completely off (it's useless)
