Hi there-I am looking to contact my local health food store about purchasing og milk by the case to save $$ and buy locally(when I can't get to Costco). My bulk shopping for the last few months has finally began to really make my life simpler. I started after reading here about pantry staples, meal plans, keeping track of sales and just general knowledge about the "grocery game" and how to play and save. Well I've reached a point where I am now in a new phase. I started freezing milk when on sale, but now am ready to possibly start buying a case of OG milk and freezing it. The last few months I have had to just buy reg. hormone free milk, but since I suddenly have reached a point of being very well stocked $$ are freed up to buy some spendier stuff and save it.

Sorry to ramble on, but I am wondering if anyone knows how many gallons of milk are in a regular case? Oh and do regular cartons freeze well? TIA
