Are you in GAP??

Anyway, I think the best health care provider is Shawna Doran at Alachua Integrative, from what I've been told at least. And she does see kids.

We live in Ocala but go to Gville since the peds here are horrible. We really liked our office until DD's 15 mo check up when the ARNP said I had to wean her to cow's milk to increase her calories? We didn't and the Dr. seems a bit better. She did nurse her two DDs to 18 mos. I know some people who go there and have no problem w/ not vaxing and others who were given a hard time and went elsewhere.

I do like the front office and they get us back and out fast! We can drive to Gville, be seen and get back home and we still would have been waiting in the Ocala office. : And I don't ever hear little boys screaming and crying and getting circumcised like I did in Ocala -- it was like a freaking factory.

i like alachua intergrative too. i've taken my dd there over the last 3 years. shawna was also at her birth. she used to be a mw. she's totally into ap and natural medecine and she takes most insurances but not medicaid. i also go to childrens medical center in alachua. they have their views but will also not push you to do anything you don't want to. my two kids aren't vax and i haven't had any problems with them.

I have heard Dr. Benton is a bit of a chauvinist, but then have also heard positive things, too.

Anyway, we're still contemplating what to do. Somebody gave me this list of peds in a driveable distance if you're interested. Dr. Miles in Jax looks great but just too far from us.

Just to let you know, Dr Miles and Dr Ceron are partners and their address is the one on parental home. We use them and they are great!
