WTF! Why is it that ONE TINY ITSY BITSY corner of aplix can find not just any FMBG AIO, but our BRAND NEW ONE?!!? Isn't that just typical??? I feel your pain. Kind of like when your husband runs your brand new wool dry-clean only sweater that you've only worn once and hung over the end of the bed (not even dumped on the floor) through the wash. I bawled for hours (mind you, I was pregnant!)<br><br>

But see, resourceful diaper moms would know that the sweater wasn't a total loss, it could be recycled as a soaker! :LOL<br><br>
I don't generally use Aplix in diapers anymore, but I've gotten the dreaded "cover string" a few times when I forget to close a cover all the way before throwing it in the pail.

You know, I've never ever had Aplix ruin anything in the wash... I really like the stuff (probably shouldn't have said that though...).<br><br>

I feel your pain. One of my HH attacked a FMBG in the wash. Now I always make sure there is no aplix ever being washed with the FMBGs. Usually means doing two seperate loads.

I wash my FMBG covers with the reg. wash to prevent aplix "bites". However, I got a new FMBG a few weeks ago, washed it the FIRST time and a velcro bib got it. BAD. Hmm....ya know, I was reading on the information thing I got with my <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="http://www.mothering.com/discussions/images/smilies/love.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title="love"> two new FMBG AIO's <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="http://www.mothering.com/discussions/images/smilies/love.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title="love"> today and didn't give it much heed until now. Does it make you feel better that your pain helped out another mama?
