My friend just got her 3 day old baby back from the hospital and apparently she has apnea and is on some kind of monitor for 3 months and has reflux.

Isnt co-sleeping effective for "curing" apnea? Does anyone have any good facts?

Not curing. But it helps. It depends on what the apnea is caused by how much it helps.

At the very least, the baby needs to sleep in the same room. Actual skin to skin touching really helps as well.
