I saw a good idea when I ran into this other forum. I already use apple cider vinegar as an astringent for my armpits to stay dry and odor free. This person had a case of 'Bacne' and apple cider vinegar helps him stay back-acne free. It keeps him comfortable, dry, and keeps the rashes away too during the summer. Apple cider vinegar kills bacteria that causes acne AND pulls moisture to feel dry (astringent). Good idea.

I'd use a spray bottle to target areas and not waste a lot of apple cider vinegar by just dumping it from a cup, but that's just my preference.

I've been patting a little big of apple cider vinegar on my face in the shower after I wash my face with soap and scrub my face with baking soda. I see an improvement in quality of skin. I scrub with baking soda everyday, but the apple cider I usually leave off. Seems to make a difference because of pH and toning. The combo is doing a great job.

Just don't go out in the blazing sun during peak hours (10:00 - 4:30) with apple cider vinegar on your bare skin. Apple cider vinegar has alpha hydroxy acids. You'll burn. It seems to work at night better to avoid this problem. I've been putting a little on my face and rinsing before I get ready to go to work. I'm not in the sun, so it's not bad.

It's good for your PH balance... whatever that means.

Anywho my doctor recommented it for the breakouts on my back. And I will agree it worked. As well as helped my body odor and exessive sweating during the summer months.
I have a 20 ounce cup in the shower that I pour 1 part apple cider vinegar and 3 parts water. Then proceed to slowly pour all over my back, chest, armpits, and even splash some on my face. let sit for 1 to 2 minutes then rinse off well. Depending on how long I want my supply of vinegar to last, depends on if I do this every time I shower or every OTHER time I shower. But I have used it everyday and not gotton irratited
Personaly, I haven't had any problems with the odor of the vinegar as long as I don't use too much vinegar and too little water.

Spazzy, again.

Of course, drinking 2-3 teaspoons of apple cider vinegar in a glass of water is supposed to be good for health as well. Just use a straw or take capsules to avoid wearing down your teeth enamel.

http://www.leaflady.org/healing_with_vinegar.htm
