i just started making fruit smoothies for ds. if i have a lot leftover-can i just stick it in the fridge for the next day? its usually made with banana, blueberry, rice milk, flaxseed oil. im just not sure if it would still taste good or not.

It would taste OK, I think, but it might need to be stirred up, and it definitely wouldn't be as nutritious as when freshly made. But it shouldn't go "bad."

Why not freeze it in popsicle molds or small containers for popsicles/ice cream?

I pour my extra off into popsicle molds almost every day. The kids love it! I tell them they can have a popsicle anytime they want because they are good for you. In fact, they had popsicles for breakfast today!
One of the neighbor kids offered them a popsicle yesterday. It was fluorescent purple and made by Nestle. A double YUCK! I traded them homemade ones and trashed the nasty ones.
