Hi ladies!

I've been having these weird "feelings" in my back the last few weeks. I'm 32 weeks preggo right now.

Anyway, you know the feeling you have when you have a "head rush"? I have that feeling, but it's in my lower back...Kind of like a lot of blood is rushing to the area, but lately it's been pretty painful. It's hard to explain, but I'm hoping another mama has felt the same thing.

Anybody?

Ouch I remember that feeling. Most probably what you are experiencing is your babe rotating inside of you, getting ready to drop into your pelvis. Sit on a birth ball as much as possible when sitting, as it encourages good posture to aid the baby in getting into a good birthing position. It can also soothe those aching back bones.

, your baby is coming soon, how exciting!!! I have so long to wait!
