This baby is a tease! I woke up at 2:30 yesterday morning with regular, painful contractions 4 minutes apart. Called the midwife and she wanted to check me out because of my previous fast labour. I was at 3cm dilated, but then the contractions spaced out to six minutes and were less intense. So she told me to go back to bed. They continued off an on yesterday most of the day and then completely died in the evening. I was pretty sure yesterday was the day. I woke up in the morning with a ton of discharge..and now, nothing! No contractions, no discharge, and no new baby. Hrrmph!<br><br>
She did say my cervix is very soft, and very stretchy though..so, I guess that's a good thing? I should have kept my big mouth shut when I said I wish I had gotten "early labour" last time so I would have had some warning <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="http://www.mothering.com/discussions/images/smilies/lol.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title="lol">
