well my DS is 11 months 23lbs and 30"tall and is in a large for probably another 6 months. I dont know whether the one I have is felted or not though because I bought it used. It still has a lot of stretch, I just cant see it fitting very large(older) children.

Okay, how accurate is aristocrats sizing?
I'm really curious how stretchy they are.
What age kids do you have using them and what size are they wearing in them? And what size are they in another "known" diaper I could compare that to?

Well, Josh is about 18 lbs and the small is very tight on him over a regular FF. I bought it for overnight use, but there is no way it will fit over a Sleep tight! It's pretty strechy, but he's pretty chunky though! Sorry I don't have a large so I can't comment on it. That probably didn't help at all LOL! It seem like a great cover though!

We have the same experiece as this mama.. DS is 24 lbs and 31 inches tall and he fits in the large nicely, but with a bit nighttime dipe it's snug. .and ours is not felted at all.
