Hi I'm trying to figure out if the mini cosleeper converts into a regular portibable crib? Here's are situation: we live in a very small 500sq ft appt above our garge (hopefully for only a year until out main house is finished being built). I need/want a bed that I can pull up next to ours for co sleeping but it has to be small and multi funtional because I don't have room for other products. I would like to be able to take this with when we travel and as the baby gets bigger put him in the bottom as a crib. I'm also looking at the graco travel lite portible cribs because they are about the same size and do convert to a crib. On the website for arm's reach it says that the full size converts but it does not say the mini converts so I'm assuming it does not.I'm wondering if there is anyone out there that uses it and thinks it could convert ( not offically)but maybe with a few modification to a crib? I wish I could see one in person to check it out but no one carry's them around here. I would much perfer the co-sleeper then the portible crib because I can attach it to the bed and still wheels around from room to room. Thanks for any input!

It doesn't convert to a crib. It has storage space underneath. You can lift up the side rail and still use it, but I would compare it to a bassinet and not a crib. HTH.<br>
I have one, but never used it. Ds and dd never liked being in it. They would much rather sleep in bed with me. I did like that it had the storage space though and was able to put blankets and diapers in.
