aroma natural candles - safe?

every time i go shopping at wild oats market i am picking up these votives & smelling them (they smell incredible!!) but i always hesitate to buy because i am not sure if they are parraffin or are clean-burning. anyone know??

You can get vegetable aroma votives and jar candles at Luminus. They are based in Canada and are a great company. I found them when I was a gift buyer at a spiritual bookstore. They are the only candles I like because they have "smell-less" tealights which I use on my altar, they burn much less hot than parafin (you can stick your finger into the melted "wax" and it's not hot to the touch), it burns great and smoke-free. No parafin pollution.
