Just out of curiosity... for those of you that have given birth before or already (you lucky dogs!)... at what time of day did you go into labor? I seem to think it's going to come for me at night, but I just don't know much about it at all.

With DD #1 I went in to labor at about 10:00 pm. Well, at least that's when my ctx started. I didn't end up having her until 2:30 pm two days later

Regular ctx started with dd aourn 2 pm. She was born 66 hours later...
I had prodromal labor for a few days before Elliot was born. Those started on a Tuesday night around 8pm and continued every 10-15 minutes all night long, spaced out on Wednesday, then picked up again on Thursday. By 4pm on Thursday, I told dh that the ctx were getting more uncomfortable and that maybe it was the real thing (first time I'd told him that). So, we took ds and went for a walk. Dh timed my ctx for 2 hours while we walked and walked and when they were ~3 minutes apart for an hour, we called the dr.
baby #1 - water broke at midnight, contractions started at 12:45am.
baby #2 - water broke around 9/9:30pm, contractions started immediately.
baby #3 - water broke at 3:30am, contractions started at 6:23am.

I've read that babies are more likely to be born at night, so I guess it makes sense that all of my labors began at night.
(But actually times of birth were quite different: 2:06pm, 11:08pm, 11:05am)
