Does anyone have an Atlanta-area ped who is non-vax *and* does not make you sign a form saying that you are endangering your child by not vaxing?

I have heard that there may be a ped like this in Decatur and possibly a family practitioner in Decatur.

Anyone with Dr. Ralph Lee in Marietta? I talked to him before my baby was born, and he seemed to indicate that he does not do primary care for babies. He said he does not have hospital privileges anywhere.

I called Dr Lee's practice and they do not accept insurance...so he's out for us. We tried Dr Owen in Decatur and she is a fam prac. We were very happy with her and will be going back. My dd is not vaxed at all and my boys have selectice vax and she didn't bat an eye. http://www.wholefamilymed.com/Site/HOME.html

I called Dr. Owen's office today. She *does* require the refusal form that will state that I am putting my child at risk by not vax. They said it is a standard AAP form. This may apply more to me than you because I have a newborn.

Just FYI re Dr. Lee - If you have a PPO, you can easily get reimbursed. And, I remember that his charge is quite low, as far as docs go.
