You're welcome to post whatever exercise you do each day. You don't have to post every day, and you don't have to post the number of minutes or hours. This is just a place for you to record your exercise, however you want to do that, and be motivated to get moving and be healthier. If you have time and you want to challenge yourself, you can set a goal and try to reach or surpass it.

Here are some ideas in case you need them to get started or if you need to add some variety to your exercise routine:
sweep the floor, porch, deck, sidewalk, etc.
walk up and down the stairs on rainy days
play catch with your child(ren)
kick a ball around the yard
throw a ball for your dog
walk the dog
take the trash out to the curb/road
ride an exercise bike (if pregnant and/or if the weather's bad)
ride a bike in your neighborhood
swim
nest :) (clean the house)
rake leaves
pick up sticks in your yard
vacuum

8/1 15 minutes walking + 25 minutes riding my exercise bike = 40
8/2 about 15 minutes walking
8/3 about 15 minutes walking
8/4 about 15 minutes walking
8/5 I went grocery shopping! :) at least 75 minutes walking
8/6 about 15 minutes walking

40 + (15x4) + 75 = 175

Pretty good, thanks! Several days ago it felt like I messed up my left hip, and I haven't been able to go to the chiropractor (we're car hunting + trying to work out insurance issues with their office) and I hope I didn't just make it worse with my long walk just now. In the short run at least, it was worth it to walk so much between storms when it was so nice and cool out - thanks be to God!

8/7 20 minute walk
8/8 vacuumed for 50 minutes + walked 10 minutes = 60
8/9 hour long walk :)
20 + 60 + 60 = 140
175 + 140 = 315

8/10 45 minute walk
8/12 10 minute walk
8/16 30 minutes riding my exercise bike + 30 minute swim = 60
8/17 10 minute walk
45 + 10 + 60 + 10 = 125
315 + 125 = 440

Good news: the chiropractor fixed my hip last Friday, and we bought our new family vehicle last Tuesday. :D
