Well said. I was recently approached to be part of a documentary on autism, and I refused. I have no idea in what light it will be cast, and quite frankly don't want to be part of starting
yet another "war" within the autism community.
Enough. It amazes me, that with something like autism, some people haven't yet figured out that what works for one family/child might not for another, and that there is no way you
have to do things. I don't agree with lots of stuff other moms I know do, but you know what? It's their business, and they love their kids just as much as I love mine, and they're trying, and that's what matters.
