We have implemented the B.E.D diet with great success at our house. But, I feel like I am in a rut with DS as far as snacks are concerned ... and the kid is a LOCUST! :LOL ("Mama, I want something else. Mama, can I have more? Mama, I want some more to eat!") So anyone have any good suggestions for toddler-friendly B.E.D. snacks?

And what do you serve your toddler for breakfast on the B.E.D., anyway? Mine is not too happy with soup, let me tell you. And he demands to eat the minute his feet hit the floor in the morning.

Thanks for any suggestions!

Yeah, I make this one, and it is super yummy!
We're getting a bit tired of the same old thing, though. We also have the Vitality Super Green drink for breakfast sometimes, but I'm looking for something a bit more substantial, but still a grain or vegetable meal (not a lot of protien, as it is recommended that you eat your protien meal between 11a.m. and 2p.m. on this diet).

Guess there aren't any B.E.D mamas on this board anymore?!? There used to be some of us.
