OK, so I am going to try this remedy and see if it helps at all with the nausea. I am desperate at this point!

My B6 supplements are 50mgs each.

How many B6s should I take per day, and how many Unisom? I don't want to take too much, but I want to take enough that it's effective.

I'd appreciate your help/input!

When I had the m/s I was told that I could take up to 75 mg of the B6 each time, several times per day.

to you. I just got past the morning sickness around week 11/12. It was terrible this pregnancy. I hope it passes very quickly for you!!

I take a sublingual B every day but don't know how much B6 is in it. The Unison has worked GREAT though! I usually take half of one at night and it lasts the rest of the day. I did take a whole one the first night, but couldn't wake up till about 3 the next afternoon. I guess I'm pretty sensitive!!

Hope it works as well for you!!

According to my research, you're supposed to take 25mg B6 with 12.5mg Unisom (half a tablet) up to three times a day, taken together. But seeing as B6 is a water-soluable vitamin, more of that won't hurt you.

Good luck with it -- I've been using this for the past month and a half, and it works well.

I've been taking 25mg of B6 three times per day and 1/2 a unisom (25mg) once at night if needed. Sometimes in the evenings if I am feeling normal (not nauseated) I'll just skip the unisom. Some days the B6 seems to do the trick on it's own, other days I end up taking a third of a unisom during the day if I start feeling icky again. It is really just a day by day thing.

Oh, and I have 50mg B6 pills too and I just cut them in half. I can't take an entire unisom, as it would knock me out.
Good luck! This is the ONLY thing that has brought me any relief.

This worked great for me too. I took 25 mcg of B6 up to 4 times throughout the day and half a Unisom (has to be the doxylamine succinate version) at night. If I took the Unisom during the day I was too tired. Sometimes i took a whol eUnisom depending on how sick I was.
Good luck!
