I am looking for a pattern that appears to be elusive...

I want it to have an overall top (sleeveless) and a bunting bottom...(drawstring for easy newborn diaper changes)...I am planning to knit in merino...

Essentially I will knit the bunting and a soaker to match and she will hear a t-shirt underneath

any ideas?

I probably ended up not being much help.

Little Turtle Knits have Oh'Alls, which are sort of like that - you could just turn the pant legs into a bunting bottom. Magknits.com have a pattern I think called Apple that might work if you leave off the arms.

I've been looking for a similar pattern. This one isn't sleevless, but I like it a lot.

http://www.knittingatknoon.com/FSsweetpea.html
