Baby food – let’s introduce healthy eating

:smile:The best day for any woman would be the moment it was confirmed that she is pregnant, well but it is the joy of being a mother that can surpass the above feeling.
The word baby food is referred to as strained and pureed food. This food is for babies who are 6 months and older as it minimizes the risk of developing adverse reactions to food. For the first 6 months, babies should be given only mother’s milk nothing else. Introducing the right food to your baby is very important.
Either you can make baby food at home or else you can buy ready to eat baby food. Pureed fruits and vegetables are the best options. Make sure that the baby food you are buying is made up of organic fruits and vegetables. These foods are lower in allergy scale and therefore are 100% safe and healthy.
Before introducing purees start giving them fruit juice made up of fruits like apple, mango, pear, watermelon, and vegetables soup made up of spinach, beetroot, pumpkin, tomato.

Little tummies need tiny proteins and do not expect them to eat too much at a single time. Food plays a very important role for a baby in building stamina and immunity. Keep trying different tastes and combinations. Do not introduce too much salt and sugar initially, as babies need only 1 g of salt a day which they already receive from mother’s milk.
