<p>My friends have been trying for 7 years to have a baby with no luck and want me to look over their tests etc which have all come back normal. I would love love love to see them become parents. Is there a direction I should point them, something missed or overlooked in to make their dreams come true? </p>

<p>There is nothing that you missed that I can tell.  I'm not sure an biological child is in the cards for them. But I do not see them childless either.  It feels like adoption to me.</p>
