Baby is on the move!

Help me contain the madness of his five year old's playroom room full of chokeables - legos, etc.....
So the room I need a gate for is actually the dining room/playroom. The opening is 99 inches across. One side is a plaster wall. The other side is plaster wall/baseboard heat. There lies my problem.

Either I build some build-out over the baseboard heater and use plain old extra wide gate or I get a fancier one (and more expensive one!!) that can have some angle to it and go around the end of the heater (maybe 6-8 inches.)

So tell me: Which gate do you have and do you love it? Sturdy? Do you hate your gate? Please tell me that too!

Thanks!

I LOVE the Superyard XLT. It's a "corral" that is made up of a bunch of gate panels that can be configured at angles. I have three of them in varying lengths strewn about my house. We have one set bolted to the wall with some D-rings and eye hooks, and then others we have snaked around areas and braced by furniture.

The panels snap apart and together, so you can configure it a lot of different ways, as long as you have the panels set at angles, that's the safest way (the directions from the manufacturer show how it has to be at angles, not as safe in a straight line).

Also seems to be cheaper than some of the barriers "made" for large spans.

If you want some more info on how we use them, or some pics (I coincidentally sent some to a friend recently because she has a similar problem), just PM me and I'll get them to you.

Here's a link to Amazon's Superyard, just so you can get a peek. I got mine at a Burlington Baby Depot.
