Abigail hasn't been fariied. I have yet to fairy anyone myself, though. We are into the 3 r's (reuse, reduce, recycle) so used stuff is OK. She's a very average-size 6mo with somewhat chubby legs. We've never used anything but pre-folds. Tried a couple covers (from baby shower, babiesrus-type brand) but w/ prefolds, had the best luck with vinyl pants. I'm quite curious about fitteds and wondering if they'd give her more freedom of movement, especially when she starts to crawl. Also curious about those nightime settups, like AIO. On one income, though, I can't justify the cost right now. If I got one, it would be nice for travel or selling the concept to dh.

But I should figure out how to fairy someone else and get me some good karma.

I just joined the list, minutes ago, so my daughter (the one showing up in Feb.) has not yet been fairied. My first is out of diapers, and we used sposies on her. I'm absolutely brand new to cloth diapering. I'm totally okay with used diapers, but I'm a little scared of prefolds, and I know dh won't touch them if he has to fold and pin/snappi. So I guess I'd love to try out some AIO's, pocket diapers, fitted diapes, or contours. And covers.

My dd is likely to be small, even if she's on time, as my dh and I are tiny. Both of us were less than 6 pounds at birth. My first dd was 4 weeks early, and there is some likelyhood that this one might be too. So I guess I would need things that run small, or possibly even a couple of preemie sizes.

Hopefully, I will get the chance to fairy someone else when she outgrows them, as this is our last child!

I am very new to this, and very in need. My babe is now 9 months old, and chubby...I have mediums and usually do wraps but would give anything for any kinds of AIO or anything. She is approx. 17 lbs or more.

I just joined, so my dd of course hasn't been faired, but I'd thought I'd post here anyway.
My wonderful daughter has horrible skin allergies and I'm having a hard time finding stuff for her that won't give her a bloody rash all over her body. I'm using Fuzzi Bunz, Bumkins, Kissaluvs, and Prefolds on her right now. She's a petite little girl, she's only 14 pounds, she barely is fitting into the size M diapers, she is just hardly fitting into her 3-6 months clothes, and she's already 6 1/2 months old. What I really need are cloth wipes, inserts, and just more diapers. I'm having to change her every 30 min - 1 hour to keep her rash free and I have to change her several times during the night so I go through a lot more diapers than I though I would at this age. I only have 12 fuzzi bunz, 2 bumkins, 2 kissaluvs, and 3 dz infant prefolds (they don't fit anymore, so they are used as inserts) and I go through all of them in one day. I have to wash her dipes every single day and even then she has to go bare-butt for a few hours while the wash/dry process is going on. I love anything pink for her. She has the most beautiful blue eyes that go great with pink.
Thanks you guys!!

Kairi hasn't been fairied yet... she's in infant prefolds (the ones with the blue stitching) and could *really* use some covers (we have none that will fit her since she outgrew her medium Nikkis ).

Mallory hasn't been fairied yet. She is almost 7 months old and a chubby thighed 18 pounder. Most of my stash consists of AIO's that don't work so I am trying to make the transition to fitteds and wool.

My dd hasn't been fairied yet. I sent an email to add my name in a long time ago, but nothing yet. I hope I did it right. DD is about 11 pounds. She turned 11 weeks old today. DD and AIOs don't get along very well, but everything else is great. We fewer than a dozen prefolds, so i do laundry once or twice a day.

Me too. Long time ago. I also am not sure I did it right. My dd is now 11 mos old soon and 19 lbs..and outgrew other CDs and we cannot afford the AIOs now for her. :

We registered for the wonderful fairy, too, I hope I did it right. My baby girl is part of a boy/girl set, LOL. The twins are already 5 1/2 months old! Wow.

She is wearing size medium diapers and is just graduating into size 6-9 month clothes. She is outgrowing the length of the 3-6 month, but still fits the girth. I guess she's long and not quite skinny, but certainly not fat.

Thanks for asking.

(We also love fleece or suedecloth lined diapers for preventing rash, but are happy to receive any type of gift!)
