My oldest has decided she wants to sleep in her own room. The baby will still sleep with DH and I and we already have 1 monitor. But, I think I'll need a second one since DD1 will be in her room and DD2 in our room while DH and I have some adult time in the evenings. I've heard that monitors can interfere with each other, we've heard the neighbors on ours. So what do I need to know to avoid this? This is the one we currently have:

TIA!

Honestly, unless your house is huge or your child has special needs, I can't see the need for a baby monitor for a 4 year old. What would you be listening for? Can you not hear her if she calls for you? Is her bedroom close enough to yours you'd hear her on the one for her sister?
