So I know a lot of people like to do games like this with family and friends. I am honestly not that into it (though I've enjoyed betting on other people's babies in the past

)

I am wondering though, what is the precedent for parents betting on their own babies? I say no, parents shouldn't bet on their own babies, but sister however disagrees. What do you think?

My DH and I are betting on the sex because he is positive it is a girl (and my son is hoping pretty strongly too). I bet against him because I'm not 100% either way.

I was thinking about doing the same thing. But do a bet just for fun, or is there a 'prize' at the end?
