I just got this http://www.gypsymama.com/shop/proddetail.php?prod=isis
but the instructions they included dont seem clear to me. I want to hold my newborn (not here yet, any day, so its hard to practice with the belly) like the lady in the picture. Are there instructions anywhere else that show the different wrap holds. Is it like the moby wrap instructions?

Thanks
I made a DIY wrap modeled after a Gypsy Mama wrap and have been using it for 7 months. Since I didn't buy a wrap with directions I searched on the internet for the clearest I could find. I don't do any wraps that require me to hold baby and wrap at the same time. I put the wrap on first and then put baby in the wrap. I used a semi-stretchy fabric that has some give so I can put DD in and then pull, stretch and straighten out the wrap around her.

The picture looks like a front cross carry with the cumberband pulled up and spread out over the baby for extra support. I use this one all the time, especially when it's cold out.

Try this link http://www.mamatoto.org/ Use the links on the left side of the screen and they have videos on how to do wraps. Much easier to understand.

If you can get your hands on the Tummy-2-tummy DVD, that will help out a bunch. I have found quite a few wrapping videos on youtube that have helped me too.
