I understand that Theresa was going to come up with a pattern for a babywearing poncho? Did she? If not, anyone here brave enough to try?

I'm not a designer so I'm out of luck on that end

The mamaponcho is gorgeous! I want one. Definitely need to ask for when if/when we get around to having baby #2!

OMG. I actually thought the sling was built in to the poncho! I was so scared. I'm just not all here today. Those are pretty but unfortunately I could wear it about 5 days out of the entire winter here in Texas.

Oh, I could wear it for about 5 months up here! And you could probably wear it before having baby, when pg, maybe, so that would mean you could wear it for at least two or three winters.

I'm interested in seeing what Theresa's looks like though. It would be more economical to make my own. That mamaponcho is expensive, but if I divide the cost by the number of years I'd wear it, and factor in lending it to friends when I'm not slinging or pg, I'm sure it would be worth it (trying to justify here!)
