Has anyone tried the Rescue Sleep formula? If you have, did you notice if it worked better, or about the same as regular Rescue Remedy?

Eh...I think it's about the same as RR. I have some of each. I haven't used RR recently, but I had a long drive yesterday, arriving home at midnight, and I had a piece of stressful mail that I opened. I was so keyed up, I did RR immediately, then Rescue Sleep when I went to bed (1/2 hour later). I was able to go to sleep almost immediately.

If I already had RR in the house, I probably wouldn't bother to buy RS, but if I had neither and sleep was my main issue, I would get it. I bought it because DS doesn't go to sleep well, but I was inconsistent in using it for him, so I can't tell you whether it worked for him.

Personally, I think there are more superior flower essence sleep combinations available than Bach RR or Sleep remedy. Is this for you or a child? You can get a specific sleep combination for children (not from Bach).

ASusan- Thanks for the feedback!

Mirzam- It would be for me. As you can see from my sig, I'm pregnant, and I'm not sleeping well. I feel like it is a bit beyond "normal" pregnancy sleep issues.

The children's sleep combo (both flowers and gems) is good for all ages, it includes Chamomile, Chaparral, Lemon Balm, Licorice, Mock Orange, Valerian, Amethyst, Flint, Lodestone, Magnetite, Helium, Krypton. There are also many single essences that help with sleep, it really depends on the issue that you are dealing with. An essence made from the inert gas Helium is always recommended to aid sleep as it helps release negativity from the day, if this is something you are dealing with.
