I have a question for those of you who chart your temps and who did so while starting an exercise program. Did your bbt's increase as your metabolism increased due to your exercise regimen?
I started to exercise about 2 months ago, and although I'm pretty sure I'm having an anovulatory cycle (or I should say super-cycle, since I'm on cd67) because of all the exercise and diet changes I've implemented. I noticed my bbt temps are very different from my normal ones. Normally my pre-ov temps are around 96.3 and my post-ov temps are around 97.4, but for the last few weeks they've been at 97.1, with it being around 98.4 for the last 2 days.
Thanks!
Kristen
