so the last three months I've been charting.
seems like I'm ovulating (wasn't sure that I was) but this month is a little funny. We did some plane travel from the east coast to the west so thought that could have messed things up so here are my temps. I'd love your thoughts.

98.2 (7:30am)
98 (7:30)
98 (7:30)
97.7 (7:10)
97.6 (8)
98.1 (7:30)
98.1 (7:30)
97.7 (6:45)
97.7 (5:30) flying to from dc to la
97.8 (5:30)
98 (6:45)
98 (6:20)
97.5 (5) flying from la to seattle
97.7 (7:30)
97.4 (6:30)
98 (8)
98 (?)
98.3 1/2 (7:30) flying from seattle to dc
98 (6:30)
98.7 (9:30!!!)
98.1 (8:30)
98.2 (7)
and today again, 98.2 (8:30)

it seems like the range is so low. on my other charts there is much more of a distinct difference between my pre ovulatory temps and my post ovulatory temps.

any thoughts would be much appreciated. is there a general "normal" range for the low temps and the high temps? my cycles are usually between 28 and 32 days. my other bbt charts are around 97.4/5 for the lows and around 98.4/5 for the highs.

I'm trying not to get stressed out but I've been trying for six months (a year if you count not using any protection and just having sex whenever it suits us)

thanks mamas

its only what is normal for you.

were your times for temping after switching coasts in your original time or the time on the coast? because thats a 3 hour difference...

Personally my temp ranges from 96.3 to 97.8 when temping orally and 97.3 to 99.2 when temping vaginally. But thats just me.

thanks M.P.
that's reassuring. its hard to figure all this stuff out without being reminded that everyone is different and that there are many "normals"
the temps are from the actual times of each coast, so yes, the difference is three hours.

well, it doesn't look like you O'd yet this month to me. you need three temps 2/10ths higher than your highest low temp after 6 low temps to be confident. which for your chart looks like you would need a few days of 98.3 or above. but it's hard to tell for your with the east coast-west coast thing you have going on!
but even if you were anovulatory this month, it doesn't mean you won't O again next month!

what has your CM been like? that would help make some sense of your temps!

I had egg white mucus on day 11, 13 and 16 yesterday was 98.4 and today was 98.3....

also, we had sex everyday except one between day 10 and day 17 so we've got those days covered but had a little dry spell after coming home, day 18 through 21, so hoping that we didn't miss our window : ( oh well if we did though... there's always next month : )

also as a side note, last three days very sore boobs...

sometimes so hard to tell what exactly is going on. I guess that's the part of letting go and letting things happen as they do : )

thanks for your help ladies.
