I need some tasty ingredients that I can make with beans. My Dd is not a big fan of beans at all. Kids and beans just don't agree. My sister has that problem too with her children they are so not a vegetable or legumes fan.

My son will tell you that he doesn't like beans, but he will happily eat black beans in quesadillas; lentils in <a href="http://www.theppk.com/recipes/dbrecipes/index.php?RecipeID=2059" target="_blank">sloppy joes</a>, lentil loaf or veg burgers; and chickpeas and/or kidney beans in minestrone soup with alphabet pasta.

We like lentil-nut loaf, lentil soup, and <a href="http://books.google.com/books?id=TsChEsPHL5cC&pg=PA307&lpg=PA307&dq=laurels+kitchen+tamale+pie&source=bl&ots=yPdYK1MdK5&sig=Wx2ybk8w-rMFnTo6Af3aYozO2UM&hl=en&ei=clLxS4fvCojMNabNxd8P&sa=X&oi=book_result&ct=result&resnum=4&ved=0CBsQ6AEwAw#v=onepage&q&f=false" target="_blank">tamale pie</a>. My mother used to put kidney beans into her meat spaghetti sauce.

I never liked beans, until I learned how to cook them right. Beans need a LOT of salt and acid, because they suck them in. When you get enough salt and acid, they are really flavorful. They also need some fat to be digestable.<br><br>
Beans as ingrediants... I love them in chili, will they eat them on tacos?
