I just have to say this...
I think you are an incredibly strong mother. You work a THOUSAND times harder than the average BF mother to give your baby BM. Pumping is HARD!!!!You should be so proud of yourself.
It breaks my heart reading about you being look at like you are crazy for EBM. Well, FWIW, *I* don't think you are crazy. I think you are a dedicated mother - and I commend you for that! Many women wouldn't bother to do what you do.

So, when you are dealing with the day to day crap from others IRL, just know that you have someone on YOUR side.

The support I have gotten here has been immeasurable. It has made it easier to stay commited. Having full support of my family and close friends has also made it possible.

This is definitely the pat on the back that I needed today. We've had lots to do (b-day party, and a dinner party), and it has also coincided with a very low energy day (the dog got skunked last night and we were up past midnight cleaning him). I am going to have to pump twice in the car, and that just makes the experience all the more draining.

So checking in here and reading this has been better than a cup of coffee! :LOL

I had to pump till dd latched at 10 weeks and I thought i was going to go insane!

My sister has pumped a year for each of her 3 boys and I'm just in AWE.

Pumpmoms rock!! Double the dedication for their cuddly babes!!

I have to throw in my kudos as well!!!! I think you are doing an awesome job to give your baby the best.... and you deserve to be commended for it. I'm so happy there are such dedicated mama's like you out there!!! It makes it even easier to advocate.
