I've got these itchy red spots on me, mostly legs and lower stomach/back areas.

They (maintenence) turned the heat off in all off the apt's in my complex earlier this month and last week it was still really cold, especially at night. So I took out an old sleeping bag (mummy sack) that I bought in 2001 in Nepal. It is super warm 90% down and 10% feathers. I haven't used it since my trip there, until now. I noticed the itchy spots around the same time, so I think it might be b/c off the sleeping bag. I took the bag off my bed last night and just slept with our regular blanket, but still woke up in the middle ofthe night, itching my stomach. I had two new little bites. Dh said maybe the "critters'" jumped into our bed from the sleeping bag.

Now I'm totally creeped out that there are bugs everywhere ! I'm not a bug person and the thought of things crawling on me and enjoying dinner grosses me out.

Is it bed bugs? If so, how do I get them off my mattress? I've thrown all the blankets in the wash, but I don't have a dryer. Are they still on me, therefore on all my clothes?
