HI all... my mom is on an HMO and is really limited on female OBGYNs that she can see... she really needs to get in to see a doctor. She'd like to avoid Aegis, but of course they're the closest ones on the plan. Has anyone used a great female GYN in Bloomington or Seymour? Dr. Weiler in Blmtn is not on the plan BTW.

Thanks so much!

What about Dr. Florini at IMA? She's a family practitioner but she used to be an OB (didn't like the hours). Just be forewarned - it takes a few months to get a first new patient visit.

At this point I think she'd be willing to drive pretty far... the one and only doc she was willing to see at Aegis isn't taking patients.

Thanks bluets- I just checked and Dr. Florini is in the same office as mom's doc (Lisa Jerrells). Dr. Jerrells really wants her to see an OBGYN because of some female issues and we just learned this week that my aunt (her sister) may have cervical cancer so she's wanting to get in for a breast exam and PAP.

yellowwood mama- Dr. Dorough is on her list, so I'll let her know! Thanks.
