Got a seeds of change catalog, and just wanted to mention the few that I bought. It is late in the season, but I just had to try them, and will give half the seeds a try.

One was beetberry:

Another(considered a weed) was purslane which contains high vitC and omega 3:

What else did you buy? I have so much purslane growing here... I should look up how to gather the seeds and send them out to you all who would like some!

Ditto that!

It's so pervasive, I half believe it doesn't propagate itself like other plants...it simply transmutates when you add sun and water to bare dirt.

I only got the three things, and they tossed in a packet of I think larkspur. I noticed some purslane looking weeds in my backyard. Not eating them though since I don't know what the previous owner did with the yard.Plus we get water run off from all the neighboring yards, and I have no idea what is in that.Shame since it is a lot of water I could use!

Lol,much to dh's shock I am making a flower/garden patch in the FRONT yard. There I atleast know the plants are pesticide free.Lol,hopefully it is not against the law around here to have front yard gardens
