Anyone here in Bellingham? I have a job in Vancouver bc, and since Bellingham housing seems much more affordable I am considering living there and commuting to Vancouver (with two kiddos daily). What's the drive like? Is a fast pass over the border truly fast? Anyone do this or know anyone who does? How sane of an idea is it?

Personally I wouldn't want to commute, but that's just me.
I do frequent the border crossing Blain and Truck entrance and it's very unpredictable. Card holders do get across much faster, they have there own lane so that might work for you.

I have also been stuck in lots of Vancouver traffic and thought it was worse than Seattle.

I know several people who make the commute, but none with young children. The Nexus pass definitely makes a huge difference.
