could be helpful for your hips-- hopefully your uterus is already back to size which would be below the sympathis pubis- but a belly band will also hold your abdomen which could feel better- my grandma who had 15 kids was told eventually by her doc before she got out of bed in the AM to put on some abdominal support-he wasn't being sexist he was being kindly- she would other wise just be stuped or in pain all the time...
additionally plan on doing some things to strengthen those muscles- belly dancing is one of the funnest ways to increase muscle tone- you can even do some of the movements while sitting- personally I have to do the exercises that tone the glutes or else my tail bone is sitting hard against things and giving me great pain - so usually while driving or sitting I am moving the muscles
for other things like prolapse or degrees of it you can try some massage while laying on your back knees flexed you take your finger tips place them perpendicular starting at the sympathis pubis and move upward toward your belly button do this for a few minutes every day-- and kegels of course
take care
