I'm going to right after birth and stop when it's not comfy anymore. I'm using an old sheet made from jersey cloth since it has a bit of stretch to it.

During pregnancy or post partum? Can be used either time. Preg, can be used throughout and PP, used for a month. (As far as I know, which isn't far on this topic).

Mostly support, during and after. I'm doing mine pp. After my kids I'm usually in horrible pain from everything dropping down, especially when I stand. when your diaphram takes a 6 inch drop in a matter of minutes, the body kinda flips you off! I find it much harder to breath those first days while standing. I walk hunched over and all. I think the binding help a lot!<br><br>
You can do it during pregnancy for support also. Women in asia do it a lot. It's almost like wearing a belly bra!!!

I'm going to try an ace bandage to start (we have a relatively small one in the cupboard... one that's not 20 feet long) and see how that goes.... I hate the "insides sloshing around" feeling I got. Plus laughing was way too weird for me after I had DS. It felt like I had Jell-O in my belly!

I have one of those blue things you were while working out. I think I'll try that since I'm comfortable in it. Now, this is supposed to help hold things and get things to go back down, right?
