I cannot believe how many people stare at me. I also get comments all of the time. The best one was WHOA!! Are you having twins? In front of a waiting room full of people.. Anyone else??

I've been getting a lot of
"wow! When are you due?"
"I have 3 months left"
*their jaw drops*

I get lots of looks. I look like I put a basketball in my shirt with some of my clothes.

That, exactly. BUT, it's only been from people I know! Like people at church every week, or a friend I haven't seen in a few months.
I've also gotten some, "and you're sure it's not twins?" I know I have a huge belly, so far I don't mind people making comments. I guess we'll see if I still think it's funny in 10 weeks!

I get a lot of stares and smiles-- no really rude comments yet. A few people have said that I look small for being so far along, one said the opposite. I am tall with a long torso, so I think a lot of the baby is "inside".

It's a bit weird, because I'm a pretty private person, don't talk about my personal stuff much, very "neutral" looking (i.e., nothing that stands out or really draws attention to me). This pregnancy, being all visible and stuff, really attracts attention! I'm not used to that, to people knowing about my private life just by looking at me!

I get a lot of stares, and people seem to be evenly split between thinking I look like "I'm about to pop" and that I'm pretty small for 30 weeks. I'm short, and have a really short torso, so I'm expanding pretty rapidly, but I'm carrying really high which seems to fool some people.

I'm pretty private too, so I have to admit I find it a little awkward to be gawked at. I don't like answering all the "how are you feeling?" questions either.

I get lots of bad looks. People say I look like I am 16 or 17. I've actually had quite a few people ask how old I am. They say "You look so young to have kids, how old are you?" I'm 25 and this is my third. It drives me nuts to get such bad looks and even head shakes.

I have also gotten "wow you look so big already, this will be a big baby"

I haven't gotten many this pregnancy, thank goodness.
I did get a, "Wow, you don't look as huge today!" but that's about it.
Stares and glares, sure. I look young for my age, don't wear a wedding ring (or have one at all, GASP!!!), so people can be rude about that stuff. I'm 24 and actually I am married, but I don't really understand why people would think giving nasty looks to an unmarried pregnant teenager is OK at all. Drives me crazy.

I didn't leave my house/yard last time after 38 weeks soley because if one more person made a comment about how HUGE I was or asked me if I was going to POP I knew I'd end up in jail for battery
This time I've just received a lot of smiles and kindness so far. The times people have asked when I'm due have been very nice so it hasn't bothered me a bit. I'm 35 though and probably look it right now HAHA!

Any pregnant woman gets a smile and a nod from me, regardless of her perceived marital status or age. It's hard work! Who do people think they are to judge? WTF?

I must have a visible sign that says:

TOUCH IT AND DIE

no one touches my belly. I've had one band parent ask-- and I let her because she is nice and had the forethought to actually ask! But a lot of people seem so surprised when I tell them I'm 31 weeks- they think I'm too small. But I am also sort of tall 5'7" and seem to be carrying her kind of in the back and low. So- no big round tummy. I mean, it's obvious that I'm pregnant, but not round like a basketball.

And wedding rings? I'm wearing my husband's ring because mine no longer fit. I'm sure I'm not the only one, so I would never think about looking to see if someone was *gasp* married... I'd say a lot of people can't get their rings on at this point. Why try? It just makes me sad. I haven't seen my diamond in months.... but I have a perfect little jewel growing inside.

I totally agree. First of all, it's none I've my business if someone is married or not. Second, there's a very good chance that they can't wear their rings if they are married. I've had my engagement ring off for about 2 months now. I'm still wearing my wedding band, but to be honest I'm not sure I can take it off now.
If I do get it off I probably won't put it back on.

I've had way more people ask to touch my belly in the last couple of days. No strangers though, that would just be weird.
