Are there any benefits of a GFCF diet if you are not a celiac and not autistic? I do believe my DS is on the autistic spectrum but is doing great and not diagnosed...but I always wonder if he would benefit from this diet...even if he isnt technically autistic...He has been through years of speech and occupational therapy and they never felt he was autistic ...though he had many red flags he was lacking a few major ones. But he def. has some behavioral issues...SUPER sensitive to pain, cries all the time, very very easily frustrated, short attention span..
OK though now I am looking into Feingold and wondering if that is the way to go...can you do both?
Any advice would be great - I am just starting this.

You might want to try an elimination diet, see if you can find his triggers.
