Although my breasts have grown enormously during pregnancy I still barely fill a B cup. My rib cage has also grown so I need a 40 band to feel comfortable. None of the stores carry this size combo so I'm going to have to order something online.

Does anyone have experience with a brand and design in this size that they liked?

My personal size fell on the opposite ends of the spectrum (small band, big cup size) but I can give you some generalized bra-buying advice:

I found that my band size went up while pg, and then back down after birth. I also found that my cup size went UP when I was engorged and then down only slightly when milk supply regulated. You may find yourself needing a 38C or 38D when you're actually nursing a tiny baby or two.

I suggest not buying too many nursing bras just yet. I recomend getting something stretchy/multi sized like a Bravado, or one of those shelf-bra nursing tanks. I wouldn't get anything too constricting, or inflexible (ie a 40B or a 38C) until the babies are at least 2 weeks old.

I'm the same size and I'm loving the Medela Comfort Bra and the Bravado Lifestyle Bra. The first is very comfy and the second is very cute, especially in pink!

As for size, strangely my boobs didn't grow during pregnancy, but did when my milk came in (no engorgement) and are still bigger at five weeks. But not THAT much bigger. I still fit comfortably in a B cup, it's just not baggy the way it used to be.

I forgot about one. The Motherwear Ultra-Smooth Underwire Bra is really soft and nice as well. And they have $5 shipping on right now for the US (I'm in Canada though, and the site in my previous post is Canadian $).
