My favorite aios are from:

www.txbluebonnetdipes.com

www.fullmoonbabygear.com

www.chumbas.com

www.cosmicbabyshop.com

Have heard good things about these:

I totally agree! I have some of the most popular AIOs (several from those listed above) and while they are absolutely beautiful, I've had wicking and leaking with all of them except Chumbas. I've sprayed the other ones with waterproof spray but, first I don't think I should have to spray a diaper that is supposed to be an AIO with a waterproofer and second, that only lasts for a short time then you have to spray them again. Some of the more popular diapers are not cheap and if you add in the expense of constantly having to waterproof them - it's just not worth it to me. However, I will once again say that I love chumbas (www.chumbas.com) They are the only AIO that is truely an AIO and doesn't leak or wick in my experience. I would definitely buy more of them but won't buy any of the others which is unfortunate because they are beautiful. I've also had great luck with apronstrings pocket diapers - they are the only fleece lined diaper I've tried that didn't eventually get repelling fleece. I bought one used and I wash it every day so I can use it as a night time diaper on my VERY heavy wetter.
Mudpie Babies are great, but Stephanie recently had a baby, so she's only taking an occasional order. I haven't seen any instock or custom slots there in a long, long time.

Another option that is similar to Mudpies: Lucy's Hope Chest - the design is pretty much the same, although with a slightly narrower snap-in liner. Turnaround time was great when I ordered mine (a few days, I think), the fabric selection is pretty good, and you can pick just about everything - what to line the shell with, what material to make the soaker out of, etc.

I haven't had wicking problems with either.
I second everything the earlier poster said about Lucy's Hope Chest--I'm very happy with the AIOs I recently got there. No wicking or leaking for us (knock wood). The diapers were here five days after I placed the order, and the Labor Day holiday was during that time.

Beth, Mom to Benji (3/23/00) and Maggie (1/24/03)
I like my Happy Heinys. I've only been using them for a couple of weeks but so far they are doing great. I've had no wicking or leaking and Baby seems comfortable. Perhaps, they're not really an AIO since you have to stuff them. I just got some Ducky Buns and like them as stuffers although CPF work well and are inexpensive.
I hope they continue to work! I also hope DD stops messing with the velcro grrrr....
the only ones I own that NEVER get wet on the outside or at the legs are bumkins and kushies. mudpie babies, full moon baby gear and bizzy b hive are my other three that do not wick unless they are just on too long.every other AIO I have tried wicks.

As much as I love cute WAHM dipes, I have to agree that Bumkins are my most leak proof AIO. I do use them with a doubler when we go out, but I have never had a leak in a bumkins. And for those with a heavy wetter (or SO that can't seem to remember to change a diaper before the nap, sigh) a medium joey bunz fits perfectly tucked under the flap of a large bumkins aio. I know, maybe not really an AIO anymore, but I can quickly tuck the jb in when they come out of the laundry and these are mainly what I leave now for Daddy to put on him while I work.

For pocket dipes our solid color happy heiny have been the most leak proof. If prestuffed, these are almost like an AIO ie Daddy can figure them out

I have always had great luck with BabySoft Wraps. They've never wicked or leaked with my super heavy wetter. Lately I've been using Megan's Super Sized SoftWraps for night and no leaks or wicking going on there either.
Well my favorites are Angel Wraps, Lukes drawers and Bizzy Bee hive. I think that all AIO's will wick if you don't change often enough. Like if my heavy wetting ds falls asleep right before diaper changing.
I've used a lot of AIOs but never had a leak with:
Bizzy B hive-most absorbant IMO
Baby Softwraps-good luck getting one!
Bumkins-good ol standby-but you'll need a doubler.

You may want to try a few used to see how they work before buying a bunch new based on reviews-every baby is different and what works on one may not on another because of body shape, etc.
