best carrier for a toddler to nap in?

438 Views 2 Replies 3 Participants Last post by  Quirky
I have an Angelpack mei tei that I really like but I've had no success getting him to sleep in it. I recently started to HS my 10y/o and so we're out and about more now going to the library, museums, etc., so I need him to take a nap! Suggestions?

DC still naps in the Maya wrap (or any open tailed ring sling). She'll be 5 in September.
Are you wearing him on your back or on your front? I find that my dd will drop off much easier on my back - I guess because I'm not talking directly to her, and it gets pretty boring.

You might try a wrap, or an Ergo - but probably the main thing is getting him used to falling asleep, not the carrier itself, KWIM?
