When transitioning to a "purer" diet there will likely be detoxification. Since you are nursing, this may appear in the milk. So take it easy and slowly.

This book is great! There is a nutritional section on pregnancy and nursing. It also has a recipe section, and childrens nutritional info from birth to the teen years. And much more.
