Usually I go to the Lynnwood one but anyone know any near Issaquah as thats where DD's dentist is - or any super-duper Trader Joes I just HAVE to visit when I am over across the water there?
The Issaquah one is just off the freeway kinda near Costco. Pretty easy access for Seattle, really. It's not as big as the other one or two I've been to in Seattle (U-District and some other one), but still has most things.
You do need to be looking for it though, it doesn't exactly stand out from the other stores in the row.
Sort of... I'm in CdA. I didn't make it to the nurse-in because my toddler was having a week of meltdowns (or something equally annoying) and didn't want to subject anybody to it.
But my sister lives in Seattle and is a TJ's regular and we visit her sporadically. She's out here to visit right now, and brought a case of cat cookies (if you haven't tried them, yummy!), boxed 'em up and then checked it as luggage for her flight.
Oh ok! I actually spent more time in CD'A when I lived there! I love it there. I had a nice AP playgroup I used to go to too.
Mmmm cat cookies (I am on a diet tho) I love the chocolate raspberry covered candies too. But I am going to get the cranberry-pecan spinach salad and (hopefully) Lara bars tomorrow!
There's also the Bellevue Trader Joe's which is off 156th near Crossroads. I like to combine going there with a trip to the Joann's superstore and Michaels... but I guess if you're in Lynnwood, you have both of those near you. I'm in Seattle so I have to go to either Bellevue, Lynnwood, or Southcenter for Michaels and super Joanns.
Thanks! I am not in Lynnwood I am on the Peninsula so I only come over once a month or so, but my SIL is in Lynnwood so have only been there. I am looking forward to it, I wish there was a Trader Joes over here!! I keep emailing them!
I live in Bellevue but I go to the Issaquah TJs every week. It's easier to get to than the Bellevue one, less crowded, and closer to other good shopping like Costco, a great Target, PCC, and Pacific Fabrics!
