I had recently signed up to be a mystery shopper with them. I tried their 30 days gold program, I missed canceling my account by 1 day and they have already charged $99.99 to my account. They have no phone customer service everything is done via email. I have been told that they do not under any circumstances provided a refund even for a service that isn't being used even though it's been one day.

I personally think this is outrageous!!! Poor customer service and a complete lack of support for the members that they have is unreasonable. I think it is very clear that this company only has one thing on its agenda and its making money. I don't want anyone else to fall into this companies web. So beware if you sign up with them once they get your money they will no use for you at least not until you need to renew your subscription!

Hey i saw this thread and thought i would tell you that any mystery shopping company that asks for money upfront is 99% of the time a scam. I work for one, its free to join, and i make about 300 dollars a month.

You just choose the jobs you want, get re-imbursed for whatever you spend, and the contract pay. You get paid on the last day of every month into your bank account. Its a great company. And legit, i get paid like clockwork, and i never gave them a dime.

Even if the dispute doesn't get resolved in your favor, as a rule disputes are very expensive for companies to handle, so you know you'll have hit em in the pocketbook. I worked on the billing system for a large corporation with many online services - each dispute had to be handled manually by someone and these folks were making $80K a year probably - an hour of their time is valuable.

Also, file a complaint with the BBB. http://www.bbbonline.org/ Use http://www.whois.net/ to search for their domain registration info.
