I'm still exclusively breastfeeding and no AF, but my chart says I ovulated, is that possible? I use CM and temps.; I'm still having a little trouble with my CM observations.

Yes I've caught ovulation before pp af, and I usually do get af just a couple weeks after that, so I know its real. Its a good thing you were charting.

Well not that it'll help, but I've added before mentioned chart- Ovulation before PPAF to my home page on my siggie link. The only online one I have is from 06'.

I have three days above the pre-rise-base and the second of the three was above the full shift one.

Mary it looks like you had a couple of practice ones before the real one and that's what mine looks like too.

Monday we have our final NFP class after charting a few weeks on our own so they'll be able to tell for sure I guess.

Should I get one of those pee tests and do that next month to be sure?

I ovulated before my 2nd PPAF when DD was 5 months old - I had a 5 day LP that time. The first one I didn't ovulate for at 11 weeks PP. My LP has gotten progressively longer and my o date earlier and earlier so cycles are definitely regulating!

Here's my charts if you want to see - 2nd PPAF is chart 20. I don't temp but I get REALLY bad ovulation pain so I am fairly certain when I o'd. The charts aren't totally filled out but you get the drift.

Now I'm wondering if my temp. was just me being exposed to some virus recently and my body fighting it off or something. There were a few people sick at a baby shower I went to last weekend.
